  • Sharpen your critical thinking abilities and discernment,  through observing the "gestures of mind"

  • The focus of all methods is to cultivate mindfulness, and awaken as the "inner witness"  -  meditation immediately follows. 

SELF- INQUIRY & DISCOVERY
20 Minutes

  • Dive deep into the nature of your intention to clarify what serves (or no longer serves) you 

  • Inquiry is a guided investigation (Q & A) combined with contemplation.

NEXT STEPS
5 Minutes

The key is to integrate one's own understanding through direct experience - this only comes by cultivating awareness. 

  • Share final thoughts (if any)

 

  • Receive practical tools, and recommendations for continuing your mindful adventure (and to consciously demonstrate your insights in any environment)
